The Everly Jazz Star III Guitar Picks 1.0MM are a discontinued version in the line of star pics made by Everly.  These are a smaller version of the Star Picks that they still do manufacture.  These also happen to be my favorite pics on the planet, and would always be my go to choice for playing any kind of stringed instrument.  I've got hands on the smaller side, so I love how they fit right between my fingers and really become just a short extension of my fingers.  Sadly for me, they stopped making these pics a few years ago and have since had the resort to the Dunlop jazz pics, which are the same size but don't have the star in the middle of them.  While I enjoy the Dunlops, the thing I l…

While I enjoy the Dunlops, the thing I love about the Everly Jazz Star III pics is that the star makes it incredibly easy to grip, and to grip in the right place.  I'm not sure why they stopped making these, but absolutely no one has them anymore and I don't even have any left over and they really can't be found anywhere.  So, if you're reading this review and are interested in getting a smaller size pic like this one, you're going to have to look elsewhere.  I'd recommend checking out the Dunlop pics that I mentioned earlier, as they are the closest thing that I have come to find to match up with these.  Everly also still does have the larger version of these pics, which I'm sure many people will find useful as well, as I do have a bunch of them as well.  All of these pics are generally the same price, so whichever you choose shouldn't have to do with how much it costs.  Hopefully someday if there is enough interest they will bring these pics back!
