All user reviews for the Hufschmid Guitars Lava Glow

I recently got the brand new 4mm Hufschmid LAVA GLOW Mega Jazz model, I won't say much about the shape which appears to be one of the most comfortable I ever used : perfect thickness and size with slick bevels. The material is excellent as well, it grips to the fingers without having a "sticky" feel, it feels soft on the strings, which is amazing considering the size of this pick!

It still provides a clear attack, but without any hearable "tick". It's rather light, you won't feel its weight unlike heavier materials. The pick is excellent wherever a strong pick is needed : Jazz, rock, metal, reggae and so on, and it plays like a charm on bass and acoustics too.

But most importantly : the glowing is STRONG with this one! The color is beautiful in the daylight, a cool orange which turns into a bright yellow/tangerine in the dark. It's a very nice, classy pick you won't see in anyone's hand.

As any pick Patrick makes, this one is meant to last years, he uses the best materials for his plectrums with a finish quality many builders try to reach, but never succeed, always buy the original!
