I use this plate recently prs 6 months on a 1986 Squier Japan.
I wanted above all to have the least breath possible, because with the old passive pickups, I had a constant hum incompatible with a proper recording!
I am satisfied with TRS, a nitre of a large CRT monitor I have no interference, and my vumtre Cubase indicates a noise level minus infinity
I love the clear sound of these pickups, fantastic for me a little bluesy solos with his pure trs.
I have not tried too much distortion even if c'tait Premire my intention, because when I plug in my guitar, I find the sound so good plain that I can not m'arrter !
