I agree! me and I put on an old squier japan 93 (yes I am a hrtique) ... mine are the true vintage telecaster ... I have not tried tons of pickups, but a lot of scrapes with microphones DIFFERENT ... Van Zandt these are just great ... and my guitar is fitted in the last 9 months ...

I can not reasonable rate for the simple reason that I have not tried enough other ...
