I have played thru ADA, Mosvalve, and PA, solidstate poweramps but this one beats them all! Thought I was just getting a usual adequate poweramp but it shakes the floor!!! Dynamics push and pull Celestion V30's great at med to loud volume and dead silent too. The ADA and Mosvalve sounded sterile to me and everyone that has these rave about them. Kept mine in mint cond and will not sell=EVER! I would say you need a tube preamp to go with it though. I have used a BBE to brighten up the tone running Positive grids Bias thru a laptop and was usable. LOL!
