I mounted this in my HP Epiphone Valve Junior When I changed my Epiphone Valve Junior (which was already equipped with a Weber Sig 8, mounted on the first series).
The choice of 8 "is not bloated, so I thought at the base to turn to a Jensen C8R, easy to get (the importer is next door to me), the Celestion and Eminence Legend Super8 (mounted on the latest series of VJ) does not inspire more confidence than that ...

But finally I was pretty happy with the Weber home, it just lacked a little definition in the low saturation in big, so I take the plunge and ordered directly to the U.S. Blue Pup (it came back to 54 € TTC is not much more expensive than Jensen) having a magnet larger than the Sig 8 and a membrane "English" (ribbed).

Well, I do not regret my choice, this HP is amazing despite its small size the bass is well defined, sharp bright without being aggressive, meds soft, not very "celestionnesque" like HP actually, I find a little of what I like in my big ElectroVoice EVM12L nampla group, but with a little more grain not unpleasant.

In short, put a pallet for me next time
