I use chromatic tuner this small clip for the past three weeks.
It is compact, precise, with a backlit screen, and works perfectly with all my guitars (acoustic or elec friends yet tried it with a bass). However, attention to the placement of the clamp for a good detection, not even letting his hand on the key.
The value for money is very good (bought in U.S. and supplied by mail order in 1 week).
I would do without this choice problem and hope it lasts me a while!
