Excellent
American brand but made in China, never mind, you forget very quickly the origin after a few uses.
Maple neck 3-piece, rosewood fingerboard 23 boxes + 5 boxes of rose
Solid spruce top with maple inlay around the soundhole, rosewood back and sides, ebony bridge. Vrnis brilliant finish the most beautiful effect
UTILIZATION
Channel fine enough, to the gypsy and often tortuous agreements that go with it is the minimum! The varnish is good and the neck is fast.
With Grover (surprising choice for a guitar of this type), the tuning does not move hardly!
Guitar quite impressive but slightly with back and slightly curved table, this guitar was well in hand!
Cutaway to the 15th fret, easy access to acute.
Thanks to its mouth in D, so oversized, we get a powerful sound, which projects and that it can harness. This guitar requires some adaptation because it sounds pretty gypsy typed, but not too much!
For my part, I find the sound great.
SOUNDS
A gypsy guitar is not as versatile as folk, but ...
This guitar is what I look for in terms of sound: as I said above, it sounds pretty gypsy typed, but not too much! If we want to swing, it is made for that, but it is quite versatile: its typed Mediterranean, Oriental, but also blues, jazz, of course, reggae (very effective for the cluck-cluck, less for the rhythm), it s 'finger to press the same theme of Shadows Apache uninhibited!
It lacks a little low ...
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for over a year now, and not much to contradict. Most are round (with an adjustment that I made in-store) or toll highway without traffic jams, and the power of sound!
I tried a Cigano (Gypsy small price), small mouth of a friend, but I did not like the sound.
Quality / price ratio: good and bad. Good for sound quality, but not as good as some train services finishing, I saw some shameful things with guitars for an instrument of this price for mine, except a small trace of glue to junction sleeve / case, SAR! The varnish is also well finished.
I would do without doubt, the same choice, but on a Dell Arte made in the United States, although it must pay the price!
