The Alesis MultiMix 6 Cue is a 6 channel headphone amp that has direct inputs and it even has 18 headphone outputs all at an affordable price of 150 dollars. Setting up the Alesis MultiMix 6 Cue is very quick and easy. It only takes a few minutes to set up and get the layout of it down. It has 8 input channels and 7 output channels with 2 XLR main inputs and 2 TRS main inputs that are both in analog. The Alesis MultiMix 6 Cue has 12 ¼ headphone outputs, 2 XLR main outputs, 2 TRS main outputs that are in analog as well. There are no digital inputs or digital outputs on the Alesis MultiMix 6 Cue. You can rack the Alesis MultiMix 6 Cue up and it will only take one of your rack spaces.
Using the Alesis MultiMix 6 Cue has gave use some really crisp and clean audio quality for our live use. We loved the LED meters that are on the channels because they allow you easily see if you have any clipping going on in real time and on the fly. The design of the Alesis MultiMix 6 Cue makes great sense and I love the way it is laid out. Because in a darker venue having everything right in front of you with the LED’s telling if you if anything is clipping is a huge must have for use. We needed to be able to have full control over our sound for live sets. We have only been using this Alesis MultiMix 6 Cue since this summer and have done about 4 shows with it. It gives us no hissing or noises at all and stays in our portable rack spaces so it is out of the way and easy to load and unload. I am anxious to see how it holds up through this Winter because we have a lot of shows coming up.
