Aquabluesman « VAS is NULL! »

Purchased at the U.S. headphone that fails after 6 months (hiss) ... there is no problem because it is changed under warranty.
11 months after receipt of the new headphone SAV ... it also falls down (in addition to his left ear, but it comes up from time to time when I tappe above)! For a headphone that costs 350 € is crazy that the manufacturing quality is so bad!
He referred to the SAV want nothing to do with a bad contact, the headphone of the VAS was under warranty for 6 months and then they offer me a trade for 250 €! Is saying that the headphones are not repairable!?
