I bought this headphone a few years ago I think it was in 2000.
Same as Stephen, I find it very pleasant, I have others but this one I'm willing to spend a whole day with his head ...
It is very linear and not at all aggressive ... Everything is sharp but not dripping headphones or other low too present ...
To benefit pleinemment you need a good headphone amp, but beware of the connection (again, I said the same thing for the 25HD) even after having changed, I still have some problems with bad contacts. ..
Before buying it I had the HD 25 of the same brand, but also the AKG 340 (not to be confused with the 240 most popular), and I also buy a Beyer DT 150 ...
But this one I use it all the time for listening quality ...
