This is basically a Gibson ES335 table but without the curved wooden block which is under the microphones of the latter.
Manufacturing 1981-1984
The finish is very correct with nets on the body and the key.
Wood, mechanical and electronic good. (No one cares about mine who has more than 15) Channel 22 frets - 2 humbucker pickups like PAF
2 volume / 2 tone / 1 3-position selector.

UTILIZATION

Handle easy, well balanced and light guitar
For access to acute, not the guitar Jeff Beck ... Access to the 19th box effortlessly anyway.

SOUNDS

Neck pickup: that happiness. Not very powerful (normal for this type of guitar) but a lot of sensitivity Ideal for playing the game with a bluesy sound that goes from light to come and nothing but crunchy touch. Many body. A little too serious can be, the balance might be a bit better (but I play finger and I do not like markers!)
Also allows for superb large and dynamic full distos well spent in a Mesa Boogie for example.

Pickup: A little too late. One wonders, or pass the resonance of the hollow body. Merit can be replaced. (Again this may be my taste. I do not like the pickups sharp!)

8 because of that micro

OVERALL OPINION

Although 15 years of loyal service. No worries. The handle does not move.
498 in a small pickup and would be perfect.
I love the center console box without giving it a well full.
In my small collection, it is not the star but in the end, I very often solicits record for its full well.
Price or we must find today (It's not a Rican) deserves its 8 / 9 I'll put 9
