JC77.

Good sustain.

Support has a wonderful style of play "energetic" (a la SRV) with thick ropes.

As against the differences in sound between bridge and neck are enormous.

OVERALL OPINION

It's been 3 years that I have, I have tried for several or even epiphone gibson and frankly I'm not always convinced - except perhaps at the level of microphones that may have a little more fishing.

At the time it seems to me that the choice was more limited in the semi-boxes ... I would do the same choice without problem." rel="ugc noopener" target="_blank">http://www.crafterguitars.com/main.html [/ Url]
(mine dates from 1999).

22 Frets.

Configuration 2 humbuckers, a 3-position pickup selector and 2 vol / tone - the classic for a copy of 335. Microphones of unknown provenance, pretty decent with a round rather aggressifness.

TUNERS..

Grover.

Al round solid wood (mahogany?), Rather round profile, rosewood fingerboard with faux pearl landmarks round ("dot").

Red transparent varnish flawless around the body and the back of the handle with binding on neck, body and "F" holes - violin work of good quality.

Caisse maple (laminated) with central block of wood, shapely front like on the back.

Tune-o-matic.

All this weighed a good weight (I've seen half boxes lighter) but gives an impression of solidity (I put the rope on the 12 mid-high and it does not move).

UTILIZATION

The neck is thick, and the action is fairly high because of the height of the bridge.

Depending on the position of game it tends to lean head end, but with a strap was not the problem.

Access to acute: as in his famous model, the heel is kind of embarrassing.

I play mostly clean sound, the microphones are dynamic while remaining soft.

SOUNDS

For jazz (Grant Green style), round to the funk jimmy nolan (no lens) is nickel with a clear style amp Roland Cube or JC77.
