Gibson and Epiphone are celebrating the 40th anniversary of the movie Back to the Future, which was released in theaters in 1985. In the movie, the main character, Marty McFly, plays a Gibson ES-345 during a scene set in 1955. At that time, the ES-345 had not yet been created. It is this particular guitar that appears in the film that Gibson and Epiphone have reissued in a limited edition. You can choose between the Epiphone model at €1,099 and the Gibson Custom model at €19,990.
