After proper adjustment and a set of flat wound strings I must say it bluffs on all points except the bridge pickup, too aggressive and no real personality. After that the happiness with the neck makes you forget the control knobs (I must say that I do not touch them much). I play it through an Ibanez Troubadour electro acoustic amplifier with slight chorus and reverb and the jazz sound is truly very good. The luthierie is without surprises, good if not excelent on certain points. In short for the price on the net and against more expensive competitors there is no comparison - with the difference one would pay for the same thing we can afford a new bridge pickup and there is even still enough for a great restaurant with friends ...
