This is a copy type 335 Gibson, apparently manufactured in Asia under the direction of a French luthier.

UTILIZATION

my original 335 to compare, I can only say that this guitar is perfect. The neck is thick but pleasant, the hoops are nickels and I found all the advantages and disadvantages of 335 to find a body whose raison imposing but hints at the quality of the instrument.

SOUNDS

I plug in my Marshall JMT 30 and there is a vamp: whatever the microphone used was the sharpness, warmth and power of a humbucker high quality . According to the seller, everything is original except mechanical. I have not opened the beast but these microphones associated with violin and quality is an issue that works!

OVERALL OPINION

A great surprise, the only downside is the finish, let me explain. The violin is nothing like an Asian, it exudes quality and strength but a few small problems are apparent when auscultation painted beast very ready.
But it's still insignificant detail, when the guitar is plugged in, you forget all that and you play, it is essential not?

After almost three months of intensive use, I can say that I could not ask for more, no need to change anything on this guitar, the pickups are of excellent quality, electronics and hardware perform well their office, for the price is more than a bargain!
So, I just bought a copy of the SG Special from the same brand that I have not had time to explore and promises but I will in the coming days my report on this new beast.
