Micro wonderful!
I want to start prciser I use it for more than three months and I essaycompar with a lot of good trs mic handle:
- ESP LH-200
- Dimarzio PafPro
- Gibson Classic 57 '
- PRS Vintage Bass
- Seymour Duncan SH-1 59 '
- Saymour Duncan SH-2 Jazz
- And those of my Strat US
I have put in place and handle seat of a Paf Pro in the same brand and has nothing to do, these microphones do not share the same philosophy. J'obtiend and trs sound warm, soft, and ar lg but not lacking in consistency. It possde the depth I was looking for, that of vintage instruments over 30-40 years ... A grain staff (typ trs creamy that does not lack charm. Prcis extremely, it will restore your game completely lacks trslgrement dynamics on the other hand for me. And the fact remains sensitive even attack the strings but it is not as dynamic as the Gibson Classic57 example.
The attack rate is in contrast to Seymour Duncan SH-2 Jazz in possdait too much for me.
In comparison, the PRS Vintage Bass sounds too modern and the Gibson Classic 57 '(a REFERENCE) is not as deep.
To quote the official description: the treble and bass are challeureux brilliant time. It's almost supernatural!
Many agree that it is the excellent PAF. I would say even exceptional!
Against a Reserved by the old styles like rock or rhythm everything bluesy ... No trick too modern. The Difference of level will be felt with a bridge pickup too powerful because it possde output level quite low. I have (for now coupled a Tone Zone, but I try to find him another companion. Srement a Norton.)
As you can see, it gives a wonderful crunch ... The kind of crunch enhance your amp tubes! But it also has a wonderful clear, the best I've heard! Less clicks and hotter than a good Start. Rendering scenes!
I do not use that little trs Splitt but the sound becomes a bit bright but with an output level even lower (Obviously). That's why I do splits too. However it is a good split trs trs!
