very good level of output, mid and low compressed just right, slightly sharp slap. the attack is returned, and palm mute are very expressive ... harmonics are present ideal for good
hairy metal.
as for fellow neck (DP220) following your violin sound will be different. potentiometers and capacitor also have a role to play, in this case it's knobs DiMarzio 500K condo and an orange drop .022 uF.
I would take the microphone again!
