Micro rather kind sh1 or super distortion, more airy hair but in the same compressed bit mind.
Not tested by split against.
The weak point, maybe the connector under the micro is that with the distortion it makes a lot of noise, less on the Steinberger however.
It goes very well with the EMG s2, at least on the Steinberger.
A good microphone that sounds not tampered with, much more rock / blues metal (why emg proposes many others!).
For 65 euros is good, but the noise distortion bothers me anyway, for a humbucker this is unusual.
