I also have a telecaster mudy waters into two single vintage U.S..
I tested 40 different brands of guitars with different pickups so.
The wide range:
Contrary to what I've read, these are great pickups, with a high output BUT with a warmth and a beautiful depth.
The sound is full, but with the clarity of his fender, and my telecaster telecaster sounds.

These pickups are showing an amazing sonic potential if we tamper with well volumes and tones.
I tried the test in my les paul studio 2014 with split, not bad at all, but in reality Wide range already offer a wide range of tones and grain without split, rare enough to be underlined.
I am thrilled with these pickups, and this fsr telecaster deluxe 72 vegas gold finish, I found a hidden gem.
