« Aggressive ... »

It turned out that this guitar is much more bassy than usual (compared to a bonamassa that sounded like a banjo side), I installed it on a pro bursbucker 335 ibanez maple to see.
Here it is downright painful, aggressive and ultra-slim stuck so bad marriage.
I disassembled and installed on a sg linden (basswood) given in D, and so good the bass is back and aggressiveness back into an acceptable standard.
For the moment, and I do not think the touch combines the best mix.
The basswood likes to be returned in general (GR are the timber) and behaves excellently in disto generous and pro bursbucker is accurate and generous, with a nice smoothness.
This is one of my microphones which better harmonics, a treat for the hard rock instrumental.
Warning: designed to operate with a volume knob set to 300 ohms so specific to the brand (12mm alas ... will redrill), I recommend to implement this value still on pain of rendering acidify already spicy!
