I've had it 3-4 months on my Washburn KC-70V in bridge position, splittable, coupled with two EMG HZ S4 (the latter MODEL 2010).
A good starting C'tait for me, and I do not regret my choice, with the possibility to split the dimebucker, I have a very wide range of interesting combinations.
I wanted some acqurir polyvalant with its very modern and clean and the sound of EMG's hottest in Duncan, and I am not of the result; harmonics out all alone, I very specific on a sound and good bass presence as acute.
In clean, the BLEND of SH-13 (x) hz s4 is very good, the sound is much less aggressive than if one dimebucker silent.
For the price, I have found a good compromise with the sh-13 Plutt expensive and two emg hz s4 accessible, made me in the 250 euro poses with microphones in store included. I do not regret at all because the quality is paid, and it is my opinion still very affordable.
I advise anyone wishing to have an aggressive sound and clear, just be careful with what other pickups are the couple ...
