Everything has already been presented
UTILIZATION
Simplicity itself.
We may still regret the lack of precision for the meter.
SOUND QUALITY
Everything has been said.
Although not very colorful, I still found a staff, an indescribable something that differentiates it from RME Fireface preamps of.
OVERALL OPINION
Used for 1 year 1 / 2.
The only thing it lacked was a limiter to catch sounds carefree (and maybe a Hi-Z input for guitar and other ....). With the MKII it's done.
With the first model, it is possible to circumvent the problem by adding a Comp / Limiter (which leaves the choice to find him the perfect companion!).
Already tried:
Presonus-BLUETUBE
Audio-LA MLX20
-Various tables preamps medium and low ranges (Spirit Soundcraft, Yamaha ...)
Quality / price ratio great for any home studio.
If it again, I would hesitate with Goldmike MKII (if I have the budget!).
