Creative launch their latest sound card, the Sound Blaster X-Fi® Notebook, supposed to improve rendition of compressed audio, films and game sounds on laptops.
The format of the card is ExpressCard and uses Creative 'X-Fi’ technology as well as a Creative Wireless Receiver sold separately, making it possible to forget about cables between the laptop & the speakers themselves.
Availability is scheduled for October at approx 80 €.
