Hello !!!

I bought ESI JULI@ for a while... and now i got a problem with it..
The Soundcard work.. BUT.. when i Suft on internet and chat at IRC so the music sparkle .. :S and sparkle so much its goes slowmotion :S...

Any one know what the problem can be?.. this is verry importent for me

.. plz help...
