Published on 06/08/12 at 23:02This is the sound quality of this card and its main A / D converters and D / A that made me want to buy it as its very low latency when working at a high sampling rate.
UTILIZATION
The drivers are ok but I really regret the lack of reactivity of M-Audio because it will take long to have 64bit drivers while all the other manufacturers had already jumped the gun. Since the release of the 64bit version and nothing more, no update ...
GETTING STARTED
Implementation at the main problem was to find the PCI slot not sharing the same IRQ that the PCI Express bus from Windows 7 since we do not know forcing IRQ assignments (shame on the part of Microsoft). Apart from that if not no worries! all roll!
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for quite some years and I am quite happy! Now I feel a bit limited by the number of available analog input but this is not the fault of the card it's just that I have become more demanding
Anyway I highly recommend it!
