I use it mainly to listen to a stereo amplifier and speakers JMlab DB19. The PC is based on AMD 64 X2 6000, CM ASUS M2N SLI Deluxe, 2GB, Windows XP. I intend to use to connect a keyboard soon.
What motivated me, it is the user feedback Media and Internet ventent quality for the price and the brand recognition.
UTILIZATION
Installation without problem: However, I could fault a lack of documentation that came with the card and on the manufacturer's website, particularly in the settings program. I still poses many questions, no answers yet on several french forums ...
GETTING STARTED
Use to listen to I-tune for audio (for now) and DVBViewer for video (TV) is not a problem.
OVERALL OPINION
I have this card for several weeks.
Plus: The playback quality D / A's is the rendezvous, very clear and precise.
The least: How to optimize the use of the card in the absence of detailed documentation? I sometimes listen to crackling: while too high a level of output card, bug software (Driver, XP), how do you know? this does not diminish the quality of the card ...
