I wanted to 8 analog inputs at 24 bits and especially the stability of the delta.
I used to record 8 tracks at the same time with about 2 effects per track in Cubase VST (very heavy so). The pramps (2) on 2 XLR are the first useful and cost of good quality but I have not really focused on what the cot. word clock sync can be very useful ... and MIDI in / out too.
I have not tried the in / out numrique.

UTILIZATION

Installation completely transparent. Delta pilots already had installed (the 44, I replaced the 1010) and has all windows install to boot first. Without restarting, I can already start using it! drivers are clear and have enough options to make rglages purposes and are legendary stable.

GETTING STARTED

I'm in 44.1 (I never could make the difference between 44 and 96 of the ear ... so I will not weigh down my hard drive and load my proc for nothing) and I 5ms latency with 8 tracks + 16 VST registered without cracking.
I have not tried to go below, all fawns, 5ms latency hear anyone, and neither the guitarist or bassist or drummer (who had the feature signal back headphones ) there are prt attention ... (I had neglected to tell them about latency ...)
Only BMOL (insignificant my taste, but good): you must read vies for the RCA inputs and outputs their numro ... writing is very small and molded into the plastic ... m'enfin!

OVERALL OPINION

I am happy with this purchase trs ... stability of the drivers, the purity and the dynamics of sound and very low latency are the qualities I was looking for exactly!

For that price, it's a very good deal (I have not had the opportunity to test more expensive).
