I mainly interested in the t rm because of its three I / O adat that allowed me to connect my console numrique (328 of Spirit) to the mac. In addition to this new card has two MIDI I / O that can initially avoid buying a midi interface.
So in plain idalie card for my needs: adat then return to S / PDIF and finally the South to control the squenceur.
UTILIZATION
The installation went so well that I found Droulez a ladle!
) The manual is ok, nothing on this point but it's even a great job, RME seems to be a box srieuse.
GETTING STARTED
So little problem of drivers for me and still does rsolu: new mac drivers do not work! I did not transfer via ADAT ... by against former work well but I can not reduce latency below 12ms if a crack. So I still rgler tips to get a minimum latency ... new drivers if I should run them rgler a j'espre.
I use the card with cubase and no problem of the cot adat, noon, everything rolls perfect!
OVERALL OPINION
I have two months since my purchase and a comfortable IDE that I had of RME: seriousness, reliable and professional! even when I had to wait three weeks before buying one because according to the vendor RME is somewhat a victim of its success and the distribution of evil. This card possde everything I need and a bonus: RME offers extensions with analog inputs and outputs ... not frankly ask for? I would do with that choice without even hsiter a second!
