French research institute IRCAM will travel to Seoul, South Korea, for their first Forum Workshop overseas from April 29th to May 1st.
Internationally renowned, the IRCAM (Acoustic/Music Research and Coordination Institute) decided to export its Parisian workshop model abroad, with a more educational focus, software hands-on and conferences about scientific projects. The event will also be a good opportunity to meet the asian artist, programmer and researcher community.
The Seoul Forum Workshop are co-organized with the CREAMA, with the support of the Hanyang University, the French Cultural Institute and the Art Council Korea.
Along with the conferences and workshops, two concerts are also co-programmed by the IRCAM.
