A very nice guitar good, I have the model in flamed maple, a beautiful wood (relatively expensive) I find much prettier than rosewood (rosewood), the color I have is ancient natural c ' is to say just with a transparent glaze is that brings out the beauty of the wood.

It has a nice round with a good grip, typical gibson, but relatively thin.

The cargo is nice, and the box marked by the mother.

It has many details, like a pearl rosette, the board worked with a light wood or bone, the handle along its length has an inlay of oak (just like strata but thinner) and is also flamed maple, ultimate refinement ankles (small nail in wood used to hold the strings at the bridge) are inlaid with mother of pearl!

UTILIZATION

Channel pleasant, but not so the treble cutaway are difficult to aitteindre (last three boxes above).
The shape is nice, small jumbo, like the large auditorium.

SOUNDS

It has a range of sounds more than wide, the low round with warm presence, treble clean, warm and powerful, and the medium are waiting for you, linking the bass and treble very finely.

Playing the blues is ... perfect, the folk ... perfect songs lover ... perfect, and perfect for fingerpicking, but also for the game agreements, and agrees to solo if it was not afraid to push it.

The only downside embedded micro (under the bridge, the CJ-165 EC model is probably better) is a bit light, with a single controller gain in the rosette, but widely enough, if you equalize everything and we adds a reverb "ample".

OVERALL OPINION

I am very happy with this guitar, I have for over a year.
I think it's a good guitar, and I would do is choice, I have played on takamine, fender, martin ... and I find it well worth the guitars!
I highly recommend despite the price: new (bought € 2600) 2900 € and 2000 € in stores on the internet, it is around € 1,700 on the Internet.
