OVERALL OPINION

Purchased BSTOCK there over a month, I came across the c .... when I tested. Aside from a bump in the high frequencies that interferes especially on "French" s, I find it rather well balanced singing. It flatters all the male and female voice and that is what tube sound I was looking for votes. 80 € I think that there is nothing that competes on the market so Q / P: 10 out of 10.
If you are looking for, like me, a microphone to record the song (contemporary music) buy this micro eyes closed.
I think make a small change on the preamp (see forum relamping CM90) and change the lamp.
If I had known, I would have made that choice earlier.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it in my apartment (home studio) to record my voice (deep bass). I also tried with my trumpet and my flute (away from the microphone!).

I suspend it high and upside down as it is often the singers (it requires the singer to stand straight).

This is a big headache for deep bass bit fortunate as to find a microphone, not to speak of flutists! There were indeed two difficult cases: a serious side are the lowest spectrum of most micro, the other a clean sound that brings out any distortion.

For here was a real serious large-diaphragm microphone: sound is round and warm, my voice is natural. I'd love to find an equivalent for the scene ...

Trial by fire is the flute unfortunately the test is inconclusive because I hear distortion in my recorder, but I guess that the micro deserves a good installation: sacrificing the preamp gain and the level of output, I have a very round sound without audible distortion.

I'm really happy with this microphone: I was attracted by the relative bandwidth / price and I do not expect to have such quality. At this price, this is madness!

If one day I need another mic for my home studio, I would take the same.

Everything is said in terms technique.Pas worth to say more so.
Just one small problem, the original lamp is used Chinese-made low-end enough I guess. I replaced with a 12AX7 Electro Harmonix H in (14 € on the net) and there ..... Miracle! Already, as such it really was not bad at all, but with this light, it looks to regain hearing. Highs are present without excess and cristalins, mellow bass to perfection: happiness!
Manipulation easy to do (just two Phillips screws to undo, operation carried out in two minutes with just a Phillips screwdriver). It says in passing that change the lamp is a breeze, (a lamp is not forever!)

OVERALL OPINION

I've had it three months and I recorded half an album with, especially for voice and decision-taking of wind instruments (music quality broadcat)

What good things to say: the only thing to review the suspension. Not great. But hey, it's frankly a detail in comparison with all the qualities of this little gem. Choice again without hesitation (why did I not done earlier elsewhere?).
