OVERALL OPINION

I had this bass between 1985 and 1987; a great sound very close to the Fender Jazz bazz 1975, it was my 2 nd after a low Musima Made in Germany short :-(

Slap it was for the top because the sound was great now it was time for some things, especially when one has not the means to provide a true Jazz bass!

I separated myself from this bass (after 2 years for a new yamaha BB200) as the wood of the handle was not good at all the case with regard to my bass, I do not make a generalization about the entire series because the person who sold it to me I had already warned that it 'was a bass that was in a closet with no protection or anything!

for a beginner I say it's a great bass to start provided by the shop or pass a luthier

Left-handed bass guitar purchased in 1985. This is a distributed exclusively through a store. The bass has two buttons for volume and tone controls, two microphones and no selector. The instrument was supplied with a cable and a strap.

UTILIZATION

It is as the name implies a copy of a Fender Jazz bass low. So, the ergonomics of the bass is pretty good access to the latest frets quite easy. The bass is especially heavy (well over a Hofner). For my copy, the handle was not completely right, so the strings hooping easily what is really unpleasant. on the other hand there is no possibility to adjust the tussrod the handle and it's pretty annoying if you fret too much bass

SOUNDS

It was necessary to change the default strings (two identical chords) for this bass is playable. I made two visits to the store but it did not disturb the seller.

OVERALL OPINION

I find the value for money rather average. If the bass was not particularly expensive, bass soon proved defective: not straight and round volume knob works only over substance. In the end I regretted my purchase for a first down. To summarize, this instrument is for me the Fourth World of the bass.

I have since bought an Epiphone Thunderbird handed in my back left (purchased 2010 does the same price as the price of the Paul Beusher jazz bass copy) and that's all benef
