Best value: Excellent
Made in Bédarieux (France)

A guitar-like Super-strat. Mahogany body completed a quilted maple top.
The neck is fairly thin and flat but still gard minimum curvature. It is Maple "Birds Eyes" topped an ebony fingerboard inlaid with mother of pearl markers and 24 jumbo frets. Head "Arkane Design" with the signing of Michel Lag back and equipped with mechanical precision Schaller with ebony buttons (that exudes luxury: P).

The bridge and an Original Floyd Rose USA.

The pickups are Dimarzio (Air Zone in the bridge position and Norton in the neck position) equipped with black plastic covers in the style of "EMG". So HH configuration.

The settings are cleaned as often on this type of guitar volume, tone and mounted on a split tone to broaden the sonic palette.

UTILIZATION

The handle is comfortable and access to treble is good. However, the lower horn is a little too ressérée and as I have large hands I have a little trouble doing acrobatics on the last 2-3 boxes.

The guitar is pretty heavy (mahogany requires) but not insurmountable (I tried Godin's father and a friend that there was an anvil on the other hand). The shape of the body is very slender and comfortable. It is comfortable to wear against itself and very well balanced.

The knobs are a good distance from the area of play: not difficult to reach with the little finger for effect violoning or mute the sound abruptly as I like to do after a solo or end of the song. However I find that they lack strength but it is good for everyone.

To the sound ... Next topic!

SOUNDS

This guitar suits all styles of music! No, no kidding, it is extremely versatile. I am very focused and Rock Instrumental Progressive Metal Satch way but I try to stay in touch all and I'm thrilled by the performances of the beast. Contrary to what I thought I had an easier time finding good clean sounds that saturated.

I would point out that in general, the sound sounds pretty fat and warm with mahogany.

The clean sounds are excellent. In humbucker, the sound is big, bold, hot, ideal for jazz with the neck position (playing a sweeping and we say water). The sound is big but does not saturate a bit which is nice.
In split mics, the sound becomes more stratabound. The sound is very natural and I dare say even "sound" perfect for playing funk and pot (on the bridge pickup and middle position especially) and pushing the gain without saturating the sound you get a wonderful warm sound, percussive and dynamic desire (add a delay it is simply beautiful).

Sounds crunches are also very good and warm.

For free saturations I put a lot of time to find my happiness even though it is my chosen field. I used to program the V-EQ but it's a bad idea, especially for the lead. Since I am reconciled with my midrange sound is cleaner, precise, less sour. Anyway it has the scale and means well slamming the pick (I love that). Norton is excellent for plans shreddy sweep and go back and let out the Air Zone Harmonic easily, all with an output level neither too strong nor too high, which ensures good accuracy over the entire range.

OVERALL OPINION

I have this guitar for almost a year.

I have not really tried other models because the guitar left-handed are scarce, especially I considered what I had already played, what I was looking for and overall brand reputation . Basically the feeling that I recommend highly.

I love everything about this guitar, and although I was scared saturated with sounds, with patience I found my happiness.

The value for money is good, there's something for your money is safe. I got to 2200 € instead of 2690 € and even though it stings at the time, I would do this choice without hesitation.
