I came up with a seymour TB6 volume / split (push-pull) over potato and precision, the harmonics do well and split into super clear sound. In a round select design SES (branded EMG) but less powerful balance the guitar. I also put graphite saddles to gain and sustain longevity of strings.

Playing a bit of everything, I use a Vox ad 30 vt it works well everywhere.

OVERALL OPINION

Very happy with the finish for a guitar in this range. aged very well.
