It's made in Korea.
- 22 frets
- Handle: emg60 / bridge (Tone-Pro) emg81. So both active
- Fixed bridge
- 2 volumes + 1 tone + 3 position toggle
- Set neck, a little broad, but very comfortable

The guitar is beautiful and the varnish mate is the most beautiful effect. The ebony fingerboard is sumptuous. Only regret the way embedded frankly, it does nothing. I would even say that it spoils the beauty of a little key. For this and only this, I put 8.

UTILIZATION

The handle, despite the fact it is a bit wide, is very nice and the grip is immediate. In fact, it falls naturally in the hand. The varnish used is very soft and can quickly slipped. A special mention of the stop located at the junction of the head and avoiding to unscrew! Well done!
Access to the top is not sharp ... same time, given the config of the beast is done more for the solo riffs!
The weight is not too bulky and the body is nice.
In terms of sound, are perfectly emg their job! Especially the 81 with a potato! Ends for me and I labored saturated riffs very sharp and precise.

Brief aside on the operating principle of a micro active. I read somewhere (I think it is on AF), the fact that a microphone is active did not change the sound and it was just a preamp to eliminate parasites. Ben for removing the battery and played in the state, I can assure you that the pickups do not sound at all in the same way after they are active or passive config! In passive saturation a bit but it is flat and dull. As soon as I put the battery ... wow! huge gain and presence unbelievable!

In short, very typical metal guitar, even if the emg60 allows excursions into other worlds (rock, blues, etc.).. Excellent build quality and very good sound with awesome sustain.

SOUNDS

This model is typed metal, but if, as stated above, the emg 60 can do something else.

I play in home studio setup, plugged directly into Pocket POD. For clean sounds, it's not really that, and besides, I still do not know what is the tone knob lol. For very thick riffs and slicing is royal!

OVERALL OPINION

I bought it today and I know already now that I made the right choice. And to think I had gone on a Z4 first. Fortunately for me, I went to the store where e = was out! So I "pulled" on the Z6!

What I like most? Everything! The lutterie, wood species used, microphones, finish, weight, balance, look (except the key ...) and the price, Ramna all these qualities, is very much justified!

With experience, this choice I would do without hesitation!
