UTILIZATION
I personally find that the handle is a delight. Her only fault (which can also be a quality) is that it encourages pass over the thumb. My teacher was sick of seeing beyond my shoot. However s your teacher tells you nothing there above you will see that the handle perfectly matches the shape of your hand.
Regarding ergonomics, okay it is not light but it 'is not a donkey can not easily withstand several hours on her shoulder.
Access to acute is confusing at first but the more you use it the less you pay attention, simply find the right position. It is still difficult to play the strings on the last 4 frets but remember that this is a Les Paul.
Readily obtained the desired sound. We just few minutes walk to pass on the amp and do some testing to make it sound good.
SOUNDS
For now it is quite suitable to my style which is rather hard rock. But my game drifting slowly towards the metal and is easy to feel its limits (although there is room). But those who want power rock and hard guitar is the right thing.
To be honest I'm not a fan settings and I leave them as they are. For the clean sound I put the treble and bass and mid at 6 to 7 the sound is neutral, there is not much to say about it. For distortion sounds I put the treble and bass and mid at 6 to 5, with this config is obtained a sound enough "Slashien.
I play a Line 6 Spider 2 30 and I turn off the effects. I prefer the sounds simple. The tone that sounds like the sound clear and the sound "insane" as a name on my amp. I hate the sounds are the sound of "crunch" and "metal" but do not panic because future buyers that these are sound on the amp that are shit.
OVERALL OPINION
I have this guitar for 1 year now, so I had time to play it well.
Before buying I did a lot of testing mainly on Squier and Ibanez but when I got the Les Paul I had a little crush, it is limited to stay in my hands.
What I like most about this guitar is its mance and versatility of its microphones. What I like least is precisely because the microphones in the early going but when it begins to forge his own style, they are no longer sufficient. This problem can be solved by a change of microphone.
The price / quality ratio is excellent without a doubt.
With this experience I would do without hesitation choice but now that I have my style of game I would expect another budget to buy myself corresponding microphones.
