« Gibson Les Paul Special Faded »
Published on 01/05/04 at 15:00I purchased it in one of the better guitar stores in my city. The price was about $500.
I like everything, the sound, the looks and the simplicity of the design. The reason I bought this instrument was the extremely good pickups the guitar is equipt with. The playability is very good, what would you expekt from a gibson... Feels good in yous hands solid mahogany.
The only thing that makes a expensive impression is the pickups. but I kind of like the simplicity. Knobs could be better placed.
Very good. Solid as a brick. No complains. If someone doesn't like this guitar, it's not because of the quality.
It's made of solid mahogany with a rosewood fretboard, with "pearloid-frets".
Instead of shiny laqeur the guitar has a "worn" look.
Buy this guitar if you want a Les Paul and can't afford some custom model with flametop and Trapezoid fretboard. This one sounds as good as a $2000 guitar. Buy it!
