Gibson Made in the USA in 1983.
22 Frets two humbuckers, two volume two tone, the pickup selector is next to the pots.
The quality of violin making is a strong point of this guitar. I changed nothing on it, a tiny shot of lime on the bridges, a wiping after every game, every once in a while, a little olive oil on the fingerboard, not that it will dry out. And we go for a ride.
I have a Gibson box "plastic", not very beautiful but very protective.
UTILIZATION
The handle is not necessarily easy at first, after you get used and then we can not do without.
Access to treble is normal, the neck is quite thick at this location.
This guitar is not heavy, unlike real Les Paul.
The interface is basic. It is a guitar that plays up.
For sound there is just to connect and it's wonderful welcome into the world of real guitars, but affordable.
SOUNDS
I love that sound. So I play different stuff, punk rock, rock, blues, reggae.
It is perfect for a rich bass. The highs are good too but I do not like loud guitars (in full), I play mainly on micro serious, even for the solo. This gives a bluesy touch.
I played on a Vox AD50VT amp, before I had a marshall Valvestate.
OVERALL OPINION
I have since 1989, is my real guitar. I bought it used at the time 3500 Francs (525 Euros). I never felt the need to change it, unlike with friends and strats, I have my sound. I play with at home, on stage and it's good. This is a faithful guitar, she désacorde very little even after two hours of play, even after three hours' drive in the mountains. She has never dropped.
I never ever would sell. Even under torture. What I like is that I have a cross, but it was a re-issue orange. And the color orange and many adore.

One day I would be wise I would buy a second guitar and that's true I will keep it just for the house.
