UTILIZATION
Channel pleasant finish surprising at first, then we made it very quickly. When you have the legs often sweaty like me, is an asset.
The frets are fairly thin, I prefer them to fret usually placed on the Les Paul.
SOUNDS
The guitar does not excel in clean sounds, according to what it portends.
However, with the right settings on the amp, and thanks to p90, it is quite possible to get good cleans very thick, you just love those kinds of sounds.
Guitar tested head Blackstar HT-5 and Tiny Terror Orange 4x12 speaker on.
It is in this saturated guitar excels. And here I find it funnier to play with the P90, drooling just right, with the biting Burstbucker bridge and enters the bacon without any concession.
I took a blast to play a few notes of "Europa" (micro serious), "Always on the run" (bridge pickup), "Still Got The Blues" (both).
Each time, failing to have exactly the same sound as that of my favorite guitarists, I had an authentic sound in the spirit of play and feel very comfortable.
OVERALL OPINION
If you want the sound of Gary Moore, already you have to say that we need to get the same graft legs lumberjack Irish, because everything is in the fingers of the man.
Then we must ask what "period" by Gary Moore is to come closer, as the scarred did not always have the same sound (see his various guitars, amps, etc..).
If one wants to approach the legendary Gary, then "Still got the blues, it will not take the BFG but the other or another signature model Les Paul with more or less the same characteristics ... and then afterwards will follow at the amp if you're so sharp.
So, to summarize, if you're looking for the sound of Gary Moore, this model is not the most appropriate, but if you want a good Les Paul with character and original hair, go for it!
