The "Studio", which appeared in 1983, resembles a modern version of the LP allge finish, its colors, its lack of binding (nets) ...
Note that recalls the Custom configuration: Micros 490 R / T 498, mahogany body, maple neck, black plates.

** Peculiarities of my 1991 model **
Painting: white has yellowed (original it was to be a "classic white")
dorbr fittings /> Mcaniques oil bath (avoid other, type "deluxe" I think they take less tuning!)
Repres trapzoidaux (Standard Type - in the 80s had premires simple points)
Key bne (!)

USE

I have to have a good millsime, in view of other messages ...
The handle is nickel, well-sized frets, mcaniques oil bath ...
A guy I play with has a wine red 96, her mcaniques with plastic eyelets take less tuning.
I find the 2 copies I know irrprochables a comfort point of view!
I solved the problem of the weight (5 kg) by investing in a onreuse strap and thick quilted since happiness.
The varnish should not be terrible, it aragi rubber of my guitar stand (turns pink fawn locates back, contact area) or "toupee" of the tui ( the head, behind the saddle, also turns pink, without contact with the support) ...

SONORITS

Rather I play blues / classic rock, in short, this guitar suits me.
I plugged into a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe 112. This couple offers good clean sounds, otherwise I overcomes the screaming distortion Fender with a Boss MT-2.

NOTICE GLOBAL

Bought in August 2004 for OCCAZ 1100. Almost the price of a new day ... I do not know if the current Studio is of great quality as all manufacturers there are ups and downs ...
I do not notice, the better it is of course a try!
