Published on 02/14/13 at 09:03Everything has been said above, except that mine is Black color model Sonex 180 81. Oh there are some scratches on the right and left, but frankly it gives it more style than these standard gibson out the chain from gibson.
UTILIZATION
The neck is thick like a gibson and somewhat smooth. Basically if you are used to playing on a runway Ibanez guy, go your way. This is a typical gibson handle for large paws, a little slow, but very comfortable and enjoyable to play. I love it.
The ergonomics are good and it has a label in spite of "economy" a great feeling, hard to explain in words or technical characteristics. It is heavy so should not have a fragile back, but against the blows it has really nice sustain, a kind of drive is always amazing. Properly adjusted, it's delicious and including taking the comparison face scratch more dear.
One branch and anything and it sounds great.
SOUNDS
We did the comparison by connecting a ABY a twin and the other side was connected to a TV special Southwestern (a hollow there, I do not know the exact name).
In short, the gibson sounds like a dad who smoked cigarettes and who sings like Tom Waits and fender sounded like a little puppy. Cute, but you know who is the father shovel.
I played twin, blues jr, mesa dual rec and each time it sounds good, light or sound distortion or tampered space. The guys who say it sounds like crap simply have to go to the set with their maker or discard. Mine sounds versatile and each time I tell myself that I made the right choice.
OVERALL OPINION
4 years.
I bought ochanumizu the neighborhood guitars Tokyo telling me that I was going to buy a fender jap or bunny or a Greek, but they all sounded way bof, microphones acute overexcited and not hyper balanced little feel, and too polished, too much varnish, you have to kind oh my nail and my sublime maple top as she is pretty and I was more in Japan, the country where they inherently love pretty guitars, but except when I have a guitar in my hands, I judge the thing over if I want to let go, or if I want to continue to play and if it has the mouth. And overall, I think she has a mouth that others do not and it is I think some eco series coming out today at a price equivalent to Gibson. When all the little guys who think she's ugly, "because it is eco" and "it sounds wrong" because it is an eco guitar, just have to wonder if one It is set and 2 if they play guitar just to say "you saw is the replica of the SG Angus, great huh." See for yourself.
