Lâg Roxanne Classic

Mine is 2004 so purchased after the augmention prices by 30% in lag.
I bought it in 1049 euros with a tui.
The guitar had lost in 2004 his table flame maple but gained two sploit on microphones.

- Made in France, even if it is not marked on the guitar but only on the certificate (I lost the way ...)
- Solid mahogany body DETAILEDREPORT in one pice of mahogany. It's heavy but offer sustain ...
- Handle al virtuoso.
- Micro Alnico V Zebra (cream and black) splittable by push pull on both tonalities.
- Wine red finish.

The guitar is a perfect finish as always with Lag but the price is lev.



USE

The best race I've tried both good for blues and solos.
The ergonomics are perfect, double pan oblige.
The guitar is a bit heavy, about as Lespaul. But it is proof of wood quality.
Big sound, it is obtained immediately.

SONORITS

Compared Lespaul my Gibson Faded, the lag is far ahead. It is mightier accuracy of all more nuanced. Not splitt, the sound of the double is bluesy, ideal for heavy rock and jazz.
Once splitt the neck pickup sounds like a P90, is superb.
Position the middle and bridge pickups sound very splitts "Fender" is slamming and lens.
Zebra pickups have a beautiful grain, they are the Gibson 490 Superior power and definition.

NOTICE GLOBAL

For 1000 euros you have a large class of violin, worth 3000 euros a Gibson guitar and two in one: a Lespaul Gibson and a Stratocaster. The sound is also very singing PRS fawn ...

UTILIZATION

The handle is gnial to quibble it would be a bit wider for me and hello Nirvana.
It is heavy as the Gibson, the game standing request a long effort.
To play sitting down, it's the cat, the body shape (so pretty) is the center of gravity while the rear, and hop your ass falls without stopping .... I always play sitting, damage .... if not for the rest all is well.

SOUNDS

I kept the original pickups, LAG-CUSTOM Alnico 5, manufactured in Kent Armstrong. The neck pickup delighted me by its roundness and warmth, the bridge provides good too. The sustain is amazing, the violin is in the sounds warm, feed, round, crmeux, but not slamming the bass. The Santana sound, all I was looking for. Apparently to restore the Seymour Duncan SH1 and TB4 for which it is not gives him wings, so I think spending a day, especially for JB model in the bridge .... because the LAG-Custom original run I get tired of it yet. On my 50 watt Marshall is that of happiness.

OVERALL OPINION

I have since 1997, the violin has not moved, but I have redone a youth on the oxidation of frets, and various spices mtalliques (rust ...). A cleaning and oiling the rosewood of the key. I put chrome surrounds microphones instead of plastic, that my bella!

Lag Roxanne Classic is a guitar made in France. Typical configuration greatly inspires gibson double cuts: 22 boxes, 2 doubles and split it possde, 2 volumes and Tone gnrale. Nothing but "classic" in short. The body consists of a pice of mahogany on which a glue table Saddle flame of beauty.

UTILIZATION

The handle varnish, al is not of type "buche cut in two". It remains exploitable THE FIRST dernire the box. The frets are well finished, no n'accroche. Agree or solo, this guitar gives me qu'entire satisfaction.

Although balance, it is not too heavy. The body has two bevels, one for the forearm and the other the rear for those who cultivate the abs fawn chocolate bar melted.

The pickups are two base "lag custom". I have replaced the microphone by an acute SH4 Jeff Beck for more bodies. The sustain is to go, the big sounds are easy to obtain. I note just a lack of lightweight lens when it splits the pickups to the agreements or arpges. I miss one DEFINITIONS nothing but nothing serious. Ow at the same time is not a telecaster.

SOUNDS

This is a guitar factory in France, the perfect finish. Before I bought the Ibanez possd 3 including a 7-string that I sold to buy this Lag. And I was right.

I take the guitar is an instrument that gives me only happiness. If the catalog still silent, I may be Rasht but my prior is the amp for now.
