This is actually my first electric guitar, bought in 1992 and APRS long pnibles dealings with my parents .. I did not find this model in the archives of Samick.
It's basically a copy of Les Paul, but with a horn sharper and wider, a bit like the ES 135, with a binding sunburnst color cream (can it be silent white origin I forget ..) 2 humbuckers, and traditional contrl (2 volumes, 2 tones and a slecteur 3 positions).
Bolt reasonably broad and rounded, with representa round, the difference of the original.
Made in Korea in the 90s beginners, I have no more information ..

The finish is very correct, the sunburnst took a shade darker with the years and brings a binding yellowed vintage pleasant.
BMOL for a small jack which support plastic left in tatters Yadji it a few years, but it is a fairly common default, including guitars range multimdia
A positive point for: Mechanical cons that offer very good performance agreement.
ah yes, I pay 1,500 francs the era, which in hindsight seems very correct
UTILIZATION
The neck seems necessarly pleasant, I have not seen other for over ten years, except my Fender acoustic entry level .. my left hand was sort of shape around the handle .. However, trying to be objective, it is a sort of compromise that is then used to quickly get used different types of rounds (of the SG Gretsch for me)
with regard to ergonomics and the ACCS treble is obviously close to a Les Paul, a little less heavy., (I do not know what the wood used ..)
It should be noted that even when 17 years since Soon, I told him withstand climatic variations, transport a bit brutal, ruffed tie strings, etc. .. and the handle is always perfectly straight and fair, without ever having rgl t ..
SOUNDS
I took out the guitar he recently took a CASC nostalgia no doubt, and so I could compare the ones I use today .. well in terms of sound, it is ultimately far from being ridiculous.
Compared my Les Paul Standart (1991 limited edition midnight blue, a wonder!) Is obviously a step below, the microphone is more severe drooling, biting the mic less acute, the volume rglages Tone-are much less sensitive and usable and simply lacks the identity of the Les Paul sound ..
that said, it availing oneself of a certain versatility that can address all styles, or almost without being discarded by a bad sound. I plugged into all sorts of amps, which were often held over the toaster that the Marshall lamps, I al ass all bills that have crossed my path, and she is Plutt always well out ..
OVERALL OPINION
I therefore used since 1992, with a trough these last years, but I return ..
It must be remembered that this era not so long ago, the choice for the beginner guitarist was more limited than today, in an affordable price range.
En around 1500, there were Squier, much less versatile piphone dja silent a little off-budget, Aria, rigor, and then flopped brands missing from that proposed pie-shaped shovels guitar ..
Obviously, I do not know much, I've chosen after a test express in a small shop very poorly supplied, on an amp that cost 15 times the price of the guitar (shame the swindlers who try innocent novice guitars of quality all-tube amps on 2000 euros ..) Well today I think I'm lucky!
The note is obviously completely subjective, and concerns only my own experience with this guitar .. all fawns, she is no longer manufactures long ..

The Samick I have is definitely late 80s (at the epiphone crossover) les paul, the sticker at the bottom of the neck (which is faded), reads LC-R6 40529 from what I can see.
