« Melodica pro! »
Published on 06/02/14 at 02:43This is an extensive 44 notes includes an internal microphone with volume knob to plug it into a guitar amp eg melodica.
It could not be easier as it is not a synth but a melodica.
The patch is brighter than the Hammond 44 or Hohner piano 36. External acoustic sound is more powerful than conventional melodicas.
I've used other melodicas (melodyhorn 36 Thomann melodica, piano Hohner 36). The HP44 is by far the most pro. It seems to me that the tuning slides holds better than the Hohner.
The grip is good, nice keyboard. Saliva drains well (I think it's important to keep tuning).
Pros: size, internal microphone, powerful timbre.
The United: mouthpieces (I prefer embouchurse "trumpet"), the stamp may be too bright.
For the price / quality ratio, I think it is sold in Europe too expensive when compared with the price in Japan (about 400EUR). I can not understand such a price difference
