Public price: $199 incl. VAT

iConnectivity unveils at NAMM 2013 the new generation of MIDI interfaces iConnectMIDI 2+ and 4+ for PC, Mac and iOS.

The iConnectMIDI 2+ (2 x 2 DIN) and iConnectMIDI 4+ (4 x 4 DIN) are complete MIDI interfaces that can be connected to several instruments, computer, iOS devices or to the network via Ethernet port, USB host and powered hub ports. This allows for more than one computing device to access the same MIDI resources. This is useful in many ways such as, sending midi from a controller or synth to daw and an iOS device simultaneously, setting up redundancy in a live MIDI environment, sending MIDI from multiple computing devices to one another, and more.

iConnectMIDI2+ and 4+ also feature Audio Pass-through. This patent pending technology is integral to using iOS, and multiple computing devices (Mac, PC, and iOS) by enabling the devices to pass not only MIDI data but also audio data from device to device.

iConnectivity’s Port Manager software for Mac, PC, and iOS allows the user complete control over how MIDI is routed, remapped and filtered to and from all devices connected to it.

Main features:

  • 2 In & 2 Out Sets of MIDI DIN (4 ins and 4 outs on IMC4+)
  • MultiHost Capability - Connect 2 Computing Devices Simultaneously (3 on IMC4+)
  • Supports MAC, PC, and iOS Computing Devices
  • Audio Pass-Through From One Computing Device To Another (3 devices on IMC4+)
  • Integrated MIDI Manager With Snapshot Preset Storage - For MIDI Thru, MIDI Merge, Filtering, and Advanced Routing Control
  • Class Compliant, Host and powered Hub USB ports to connect up to 8 MIDI devices
  • Ethernet port
  • Supports 10 Ports of 16 Channels of MIDI I/O Per Port (64 ports of 16 channels per port on ICM4+)
  • Integrated MIDI Manager With Snapshot Preset Storage - For MIDI Thru, MIDI Merge, Filtering, and Advanced Routing Control
  • Plug and Play - No Drivers Needed
  • Charge iOS Devices via Optional Adapter

Estimated US street prices are $69.99 for iConnectMIDI 2+ and $199.99 for iConnectMIDI +4. More details available on www.iconnectivity.com.
