I use the T8 for 1 month. Purchased 120 new. I took me 2 which are very useful.

1 to 8 dispatches between MIDI Thru. Very useful if, like me, was not full of teams MIDI Machine MIDI Thru. Autonomous, it will not connect a computer.

The T8 is "auto-food by the MIDI device control. It is said that one must add an external power supply if the unit that controls can not power the T8 (a list of these devices appears in the manual of the T8). This power has arrived to me a few times with my default Merge 2x2 box with MIDIMAN (M-Audio), cel has never happened to me with T8 home MIDI Solutions.

Simple and effective, that's all I ask what kind of interface that absolutely must be forgotten.

1U haired size, not too big nor too small, catches are comfortable spaces.

The manufacturing quality is very satisfactory, nothing seems objectionable priori. The plugs are firmly anchors and all Mtal case apparently not fear any niklaire attack.

If c'tait again, I would do this choice, the number of outputs and qualitprix / price ratios are very good, more devices of this type are not really lgions nowadays, especially in new.

1 MIDI IN.
8 outputs MIDI OUT.
Powered MIDI and this brings two advantages: it reduces the cables to the back of his set-up, and we earn a place on the strip.

Using child: you connect a MIDI source for IN, the signal appears via MIDI OUT 8.

I feel I always use (in this case, always = about ten years)!

If you are tired of making long chains of MIDI IN -> MIDI THRU -> MIDI IN -> MIDI THRU -> MIDI IN -> MIDI THRU etc ... run to buy one, it will simplify your life.
