Sonnet announces the pre-sale of its new Echo 15 Thunderbolt dock station equipped with all the necessary connections for audio and video use.
The Echo 15 Thunderbolt Dock stations provide connections for audio, video and storage devices to a compatible computer using only one Thunderbolt cable. They are equipped with 2 Thunderbolt ports, 4 USB 3.0, rear and front audio inputs and outputs, a FireWire 800, a GigE port for connecting a router, switch or modem and 2 eSATA ports for external storage.
The Thunderbolt port also allows for connecting Mini DisplayPort to HDMI, DVI, VGA and Dual-Link DVI adaptors.
You can also choose between DVD RW or Blu-Ray drives and have the ability to install an SSD or SATA hard drive within the unit (3.5" or 2.5", 6Gb/s).
The Echo 15 Thunderbolt Dock are compatible with Mac OS X 10.8.2 or later, Windows 7 and 8 computers.
