It is a low Corenne, like all others in this price range.
The handle is a 34 "pitch, so the strings are a bigger pull than 35" pitch.
The pickups are classic barto MK1.
The electronics is what appears in Barto ...
The handle is driver (a play from one end to the other instrument) is super nice but frankly in this range has taken serves nothing.
The buttons are laughable, but hey, tastes and colors ...
At this price the finish is correct.

USE

The neck is super enjoyable for two reasons:
- This is a race with a real radius (the bomb is key) and the impression of playing with real bass and not with any flat board.
- The handle is not rallong (pitch 34 ") strings are taking a strong enough and is really serious gnial because the SI is quite grable ...
If the ash is when even quite heavy and is value for money.
The finish is just OK.

SONORITS

So the fact that's it droutant. When looking at the benefits and the finish is expected sound of hell and wham .. the sound is stifled and the instrument's output level is ridiculous, except when the active switch is switched / passive which sends a "plop" monumental in the amp.

NOTICE GLOBAL

Before buying this bass I tried the main concurrent (Ibanez and Yamaha), the Ibanez is super enjoyable with a great sound but still a bit of a bad end board, the Yamaha stand out but 'handle standard and overweight are quickly avoid this instrument remains the choice of the reason the Cort A6.
Not a favorite instrument, but a finely crafted instrument with a versatile sound (when looking around), easy play for a 6 string because the radius and standard handle.

As expected I replaced the original D'Addario by Elixir (very dear, 64 6 strings, but frankly worth the investment).

Frankly with new ropes that low pleases me more ....

OVERALL OPINION

I tried some other models, but I was not at all bassist. I chose to its sounds on different qualities and types of amps and the ease of play that made me feel immediately. What I like least is the string spacing but if they could be added back more squarely reach the rope SI without resigning the wrist so it is an acceptable compromise. When I grow up, I will offer an offering 4 string active / passive real system (if you have to think the replacement battery under all circumstances ... like the life of a battery is long, we risk to be surprised when it loose!)

Body and neck of good quality.
To be completely satisfied I made some changes that I found necessary at the nut head mechanical insulation and electronics:
- Isolation of the cavities with copper tape,
- 45 HZ pickups emg passive
- Active electronics Glockenklang (because the original ones, no comment)
- Warwick brass adjustable nut (ouah!! That is expensive)
- Mechanical warwick.

UTILIZATION

Channel not too large tactile (if you want slapper as a patient there the first generation Yamaha trb6 II but with different measurements)
Access to acute small flat not ergonomic, it must have fine hand. The dimensions of the bass are quite acceptable it is a 34''.
The weight ... lighter than Yamaha TRB6 II (ahahahohohihi)

After changing the electronics, it has nothing have. Before I had a really annoying noise I could not adjust the amp at a low level.

OVERALL OPINION

Low quite acceptable by changing the electronics!

I've had a fretless A4 bass for a few years and have always enjoyed it so when I thought it was time to get back into playing guitar I did think of the A6. Seeing one in a sale at £559 I picked it up and it felt and sounded great. So out came the plastic and I haven't regretted it for a moment.

It's very versatile, can sound like an acoustic but it also plays and can sound like an electric with a clear sweet tone. You can make it very jazzy if you want. With an efects pedal or two you can sound as dirty as you like. It's light and easy to play. It looks great. I just love the absence of visible pick-ups and the finish is wonderful. I also like the fact that you can practice without an amp and sound good but without waking up the whole building.

I haven't found anything negative to say at all.

First rate construction and quality.

UTILIZATION

small inconvnients: slappeurs for large, you should know and be prcis own because the strings are much closer (well as any 6-string bass).
I noticed one thing: we must also choose the right amp, Paska on some bass amp will sound pretty blah, and other you say "waw c the bass!"

Frankly it is not, it's really versatile trs, but must qd even get his sound, especially for slappeurs fo choose if his amp was very beautiful aura tjs slapper either too serious or too little ( Tip: warwick it sounds!)

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 1 year and a half and c frankly superb low level and price, a steal c (qd you look at the price of the ibanez is better to head cort ...!)

Those who are a fan of ibanez, cort try it sounds even better and the limit for half the price!

UTILIZATION

I play on a cabinet with a 350w Ashdown head Hartke HA3500.
This bass is great for what I play: rock, metal, blues, jazz. It may be noted that it is interesting to add a preamp behind this one to get a better slap sound (Yes 24 frets is not the top for the slap!). Speaking of slap is better to be precise, because the space between the strings is limited.
The sound is mostly crystalline, provided very low frequency and medium serious! Distortion is in the foot! gambling agreement makes the effect more interesting. However, the sound is very cold. This will not please everyone!
I think changing the pickups soon by EMG or Seymour Duncan and at the same time change the mail (as acute whistle a little when they are boosted)
Finally it is interesting that the sustain is just monstrous, well adjusted with the handle and driver, add it to the bridge in two parts, one can note last a while!

OVERALL OPINION

I play it for 3 years. I have not tried other models of 6-string because it is rather hard to find! But the 6-string is a vocation.
What I like most is the power that emerges, I branch, and I tremble all the windows so low breath away. What I like least is the lack of heat ... Not ideal for all types of jazz, blues.
The value for money is unbeatable, I got used to 650 €, it is THE instrument. Once microphone and preamp changed (or 300 € extra charge) I have here a 6-string, which is not much to envy to warwick and other (much more expensive: o)
