«  Very good for a fender! »

Published on 03/18/12 at 04:38
US manufacturing, more robust easel on normal models, handle 22 frets, two jazz double splitables in simple jazz series and parallle, Volume, Tone inverter (very appropriate I think ... ) .dropoff window All in liabilities.
Simple and effective. From memory, the handle is maple with paoferro key.

USE

The handle is VERY wide for a 5 string, the gap between the strings is the same as the 4-string models. That's what made me QWho Sparer me regret this super bass.
Otherwise, good ergonomics, relatively lightweight for a 5 string, good access to acute, handle fine enough, despite its width.
The sound is good, it's plug-and-play.

SONORITS

Fits all styles.
At this time, I was rock '70s, was going great. I think she must ensure jazz, funk, blues (yes, even when Roscoe Beck! ^^).
It's a great jazz-bass sound with a sound palette Largie and very simple contrles!
I was playing with a Warwick amp CL, which was very good to work with.

NOTICE GLOBAL

I used for 1 year and up from the width of the handle, I found great, but my little fingers could not endure for long. Too bad ...
What I loved most was its versatility, simplicity of its rglages, its sound palette.
What I liked the month was his too wide neck 5 string. I will have to take a 4 ...
For cons, I found it a bit chre ...
And then I discovered warwick, I fell hitch, so I will not repeat that choice, but it remains the best fender I had, I ralise after stroke (compare the Southwestern, std us, us deluxe ...).
